Why we do what we do…

It’s simple. We all deserve to feel safe.

For many of us, we have not been given an educational opportunity to learn about and discuss gender, sex, and sexuality. At the same time, it is assumed that we know gender, sex, and sexuality as if these aspects of identity are fixed processes that do not need explanation or exploration. This is just not true, and it is harmful to assume so.
Every time we have worked with a team of people, we have found folks hungry, thirsty, and nervous for this information and knowledge. Learning about gender, sex, and sexuality can bring out vulnerability; at For All of Us Consulting, we honor these feelings and fold them into the organizational plan.
